When you submit the contact form, we receive:
- your full name
- your business name
- your business website, if you provide it
- your work email address
- the service you are interested in
- anything you write about what you would like to improve
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the services that host and run this site may record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of your visit. This is standard server and security logging. We do not use it to identify you or build a profile of you.
How we use it
We use the information you send us to:
- reply to your enquiry and answer your questions
- arrange and prepare for a strategy call
- send you a proposal or follow-up you have asked for
- keep a record of our conversations with you
- keep the website secure and working properly
We will not add you to a marketing newsletter unless you ask us to. If you become a client, we will also use your details to deliver and manage the services you sign up for.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up, and for up to two years afterwards so we have a record of our conversation. If you become a client, we keep your information for as long as we work together and for as long as needed afterwards for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time.
How we protect it
This site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we limit access to enquiries to the people who need it to respond. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information through the contact form.

You can ask us to:

- correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- delete your information
- stop contacting you
